Maquillage Professionel Class: Days 4 & 5

Finally, a new post! These are long overdue photos of my makeup classes but you know what they say, better late than never. This post will summarize the result of my hands-on for days 4 and 5 in makeup school.  I decided to post these classes together since they are somewhat related.

Day 4: Makeup du Jour (Day Makeup)

I believe that every MUA should be able to execute this kind of makeup of effortlessly. This look is suitable for people who have events in the morning. One thing to take note about this look is the use of natural colors. Basically, you only want to enhance the features of the client without altering the whole face.

My digicam was giving me a hard time that we had to use Czar's camera phone
I got Czar to model for me that day. She's a natural so I did not have a hard time doing a day makeup on her. Well, I had to groom her brows but it was manageable.

Pretty!

A lot of people did not immediately recognize Czar because of her brows but I love how it framed her face better. I'm sure she got more stares that day. Hihi.

"I can describe Glacey's touch as "magical"...those brushes are her magic wands and her pixie dust? Her colorful make-up cakes! For sure, you'll never regret having make-up sessions with her when you see the "before" and "after" pictures of yourself. Thanks Glacey, would love to have more magical sessions with you in the future. <3" - Czar Pedrozo
DAY 5: Makeup du Soir (Evening Makeup)

Now we proceed to evening makeup, which is more intense than the previous one for obvious reasons. =))
I wanna play with colors that day so I decided to use yellow, coral, pink and purple. Fortunately, it came out really pretty. I even got compliments with the color palette that I used. :) It was perfect timing that I got Leslie to model (again) for me cause she had a scheduled mini reunion that night with her highschool friends.

Before shot
After shot (Isn't she lovely?)

Ladies, never be afraid to use intense and more vivid colors at night. Remember that the light is not as present in the day so no need to worry if your makeup will look too "matapang". Evening makeup is the perfect excuse to use the colors you can't use during the day.

Don't you just love the colors? (no editing by the way)

That ends my quick post on Day and Evening makeup looks. What do you think? I can't wait to share with you the rest of the looks that I did. Also, I am so stoked to tell you the latest news about my MUA career. Weeee!

Thanks again for the continuous support! Hope to see you again on my next post!
